In honor of Dr. Seuss

Fennell students celebrated Read Across America Week. This was in honor of Dr. Seuss for all the wonderful books he wrote and to celebrate his birthday on Thursday, March 2nd.

We showed our love for reading at Fennell Elementary by celebrating a different Dr. Seuss book each day (Monday-Thursday). Students participated by dressing differently each day.

Monday- The Foot Book – They wore their favorite silly socks!

Tuesday- Oh, the Places You’ll Go! – They wore their favorite college shirt OR dress for their dream job!
Wednesday- Wacky Wednesday – They wore something wacky!

Thursday- Cat in the Hat – They wore their favorite hat! Friday- Students wore their uniforms.

Fennell students celebrated with a birthday party for Dr. Seuss in the gym, Friday afternoon.

Happy Reading!
